Our apartment sits quietly in Neulußheim — the small village between Mannheim, Heidelberg and Speyer that most guidebooks overlook. That's exactly what makes it special.
Renovated and newly furnished in August 2023, it offers space for up to 5 guests: two separate bedrooms — one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds — plus a comfortable sofa bed with a mattress topper in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, all on one level.
We live in the same building. That means no anonymous check-in terminal, but short distances whenever you need us — in person, by phone or WhatsApp.

Access is via a shared hallway and 5 steps to the front door — the apartment itself is on one level, but the building is not fully accessible.
Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Since we live in the same building, we usually welcome you in person — otherwise check-in is via a key box, and you'll receive the code ahead of your arrival. Please ring the "Boettcher" doorbell.
Prices depend on the season and the Hockenheimring event calendar. Just send us your preferred dates — we'll get back to you quickly with the right price.
For direct bookings, we reserve the dates as binding once the advance payment has been received — only then do we remove the dates from Airbnb, Booking & Holidu.

Neulußheim is centrally located in the Rhine-Neckar region. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away (direct to Mannheim & Karlsruhe), the bus stop about 6 minutes (to Speyer & Reilingen).
